"Akame"?
'Akame' (赤亀; also 亀x仁) is used as a petname for the Akanishi Jin (赤西仁) x Kamenashi Kazuya (亀梨和也) pairing and can be used to indicate their friendship and/or a possible (fictional) romance between them. The name 'Akakame' was invented by Tackey (Takizawa Hideaki), one of their senpais, and was later on used by fans all over the world. Although it is still unclear what Johnny's intentions are with the pairing (they got several warnings for being too close, but still Johnny uses "Akame" for merchandising), quite a lot of Johnny's members use that name to indicate Kame and Jin. For example, Yokoyama from Kanjani8 has mentioned Akakame two times recently; once in his radio programme and once during a concert (I think?). And in the early days of KAT-TUN, the other members also used the petname, although I personally think it was to annoy both Jin and Kame. ^_^
Before you go further
1. There might be some material that may imply homosexual situations. So people who aren't comfortable with that, you've been warned.
2. We DO NOT want to imply that Akanishi Jin and Kamenashi Kazuya are homosexual or bisexual. They are just close friends who sometimes have to do weird photoshoots (= fanservice) to please the fans. XD And by the way, even if they would be homosexual (or bisexual), it's their own business.
3. Some information is based on simple RUMORS, which means it may or may not be true. So please don't take everything seriously.
